  • Currently overseeing two active real estate branches in Dubai, managing over 45 agents and 5 team leaders across off-plan and secondary markets. Instrumental in launching and scaling the second branch, replicating the successful structure of the first.

  • Strong leadership and recruitment capabilities, having built high-performing sales teams and attracted key personnel  including agents, team leaders, and operational staff  from previous roles due to his proven leadership and management style.

  • Hands-on experience driving consistent monthly sales performance, with team revenues averaging AED 18M–20M per month, and individual productivity reaching AED 1M–2M per agent.

  • Expert in sales strategy, agent training, and team structuring, including implementing effective compensation models, performance monitoring, and mentorship to scale teams efficiently.

  • Operates across both off-plan and secondary markets, with deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate landscape, client needs, and developer relationships. Actively contributes to deal closures alongside team oversight.
