  • Proven track record in building high-performing, KPI-driven sales teams. Hands-on involvement in recruitment, training, and performance management, consistently driving revenue growth and team productivity.

  • Strong experience in strategic sales execution, including the design and implementation of market-specific sales plans, pricing strategies, and lead generation initiatives aligned with Dubai’s competitive landscape.

  • Highly skilled in managing relationships with HNW clients, investors, and developers, ensuring client retention and high service standards. Regularly represents the business at industry expos, events, and network-building platforms.

  • Deep working knowledge of RERA compliance, property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut), CRM platforms, and all key components of Dubai’s regulatory and operational real estate environment.

  • Prior to relocating to the UAE, held senior property and estates management roles in the UK, overseeing large-scale portfolios, maintenance operations, leasing, budgeting, and contract negotiation across residential and commercial assets.
